50th birthday bash
02.28.10 | Celebrations| A couple weekends ago I headed out to Calabasas to photograph a super fabulous 50th Birthday bash for author Leslie Gilbert-Lurie. The party was held at her house and the event was well styled by Kathleen Sacchi from The Fine Art of Events. They were greeted at the door with fabulous horderves and cocktails and then they headed outside to the backyard to a tent all decked out inside with a live band. It was way over the top and so much fun! Enjoy a few details from the night. |

| I was in Hollywood photographing the wrap party & red carpet event for the cast and crew oft the hit TV show Private Practice at h.wood earlier this week. I always have a great time at red carpet events when I get a chance to meet and get to know the actors of some of my favorite shows. If you aren't a fan already go check out their show on Thursday at 10:00 pm on ABC, it just might become one of your favorites too.

winter warmth
02.09.09 | Celebrations| I had the honor of attending and photographing the Winter Warmth Event at the new Grand Del Mar in San Diego hosted by Wildflower Linen & Chameleon Chair. Carolyn Chen of The Special Day did an amazing job planning the entire event and making it a huge success! Guests traveled all the way from Las Vegas and Northern Califonia to be there for the special event. There was a fabulous cocktail reception on the Manchester Terrace with all the Bellini's you could drink and a toasty fireplace to snuggle up to. Dinner was held in the spacious and beautifully crafted Capella Room where we dinned on a delicious six course meal and wine pairing that left us all stuffed for the long ride home.
